Harvest Prayer

Harvest Prayer was commissioned by Mid-America Nazarene College to commemorate the spirit of the pioneer, the plainsmen and women who traveled over the Santa Fe and Oregon Trails in the early 1800's. This sculpture reminds us of our rich American heritage, the importance of dreams, hard work, the necessity of divine guidance and the joy of harvest.

"For the Lord your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete." Deut:16:15b.
